Role & responsibilities 1-Inter department coordination to ensure compliance to Quality requirements in New products 2- Monitor & manage part inspection &Quality related activities during NPD as per APQP requirements 3- Review PPAP documents 4- Customer handling during NPD and ECN 5-Submit samples to Customer, Trials & take feedback For correction or improvement 6-Handle Customer Audits during NPD 7-Review PTDB, DFMEA, PFMEA, CP and improvement for Zero Customer Complaint 8- Supplier Audit & PPAP approval 9-Defect Analysis & Problem Solving 10- Review IFC Control Preferred candidate profile NPD quality experience QC tools Good communication and Microsoft excel expertise Customer handling Problem solving & 8D Perks and benefits Canteen Mediclaim Bus facility (from Gurgaon)
