• To train store staff (sales, cashiers, floor staff) on product knowledge, customer service, and standard operating procedures.
• To ensure that the staff is well-equipped to promote and sell organic and natural products, following the brand's ethos and quality standards.

1. Training & Development

• Conduct regular onboarding training for new recruits (store staff, assistants).
• Deliver refresher/training sessions (product updates, promotions, compliance).
• Design training materials (presentations, manuals, quizzes) tailored to organic / natural products.
• Assess training effectiveness via tests, feedback, store audits.

1. Product Knowledge

• Deeply understand organic / natural products (organics, non-GMO, certifications, sourcing, benefits).
• Educate staff on differences between products, usage, storage, etc.
• Keep up-to-date with new products, industry trends, regulatory changes.

1. Process & Compliance

• Train staff on store SOPs (customer service, hygiene, inventory, merchandising).
• Enforce brand standards, quality checks, compliance (e.g. food safety).
• Monitor store execution and provide corrective training if gaps found.

1. Performance Monitoring & Coaching

• Work with store heads to identify performance gaps.
• Provide one-on-one coaching for staff needing improvement.
• Track staff performance metrics before/after training to measure impact.

1. Collaboration & Feedback

• Collaborate with HR, store management, marketing for training needs (promotions, launches).
• Collect feedback from trainees and stores to continuously improve training modules.

• Bachelor's degree
• Proven experience in retail training / facilitation (preferably in FMCG, organic, or natural products).
• Strong communication & presentation skills (Kannada / English / local languages).
• Any Retail trainer.
• Passion for organic, sustainability, health & wellness.
• Ability to travel across stores & conduct onsite training.
• Good knowledge of product certifications, supply chain, quality.

• Experience in the organic / natural / wellness industry.
• Knowledge of Indian organic certification bodies (e.g. NPOP).
• Ability to create e-learning / digital training modules.
• Multilingual skills.
