Job Description

Role & responsibilities

A key support for the entire Oncology team and GM for all Corporate Hospitals & Govt Hospital related enquiries, coordination, submissions, tracking, revisions & tracking.
Coordinate with external stake holders like Purchase Departments of Govt & Corporate Hospitals for RFQ submissions, Quotations, addressing queries of Hospitals.
Keeps track of Oncology Hospital time-lines of enquiries, Due dates of submissions, online submissions.
The candidate will coordinate with Field Team, Procurement Team, R&D, Finance, PMT & GM to arrange Various licence documents, COAs, GMPs, Drug Licence.
Prepare drafts as required by Hospitals, prepare dossiers after procuring from all departments for submissions.
Prepares Quotations, presents it for approvals for submissions.
An expert in MS Office & Out Look.
Letter Drafting & English comprehension.
Other jobs around commercial work.

Good understanding of institution and hospital business.
Good networking skills.
Openness to understand dynamics of industry scenario, continuous learning, field work as and when required.

(Openness to travel for official purpose (For the same admin support shall be provided by organization) .
