Assistant Manager - Technical Training

Training Need Analysis Identify gaps and needs to develop/deliver programs. Training Program Development Design & Develop Technical programs for Employees, Installers & Contractors. Modify existing ones in accordance with local needs Training Program Delivery Ensure alignment with respective stakeholders and put up a training calendar in place to deliver the requisite programs Content Creation & Standardization Develop manuals, presentations, training handbook and update existing modules Co-ordination & Stakeholder Management Collaborate with Sales heads, unit heads, RMs and Product managers to develop/deliver content Evaluation & Reporting Monitor effectiveness through feedback, assessments and provide reports for continuous improvement. If you have experience in the following areas this is an added advantage: Possess 5-7 years of overall experience, including 2-3 years in Training and Development/Technical Training. Ideally have a background in the Building Materials Industry. Hold Bachelors degree in engineering or a related field along with Masters Degree. Be prepared to travel at least 30% of the time.
