Job Description

Training Need Analysis Identify gaps and needs to develop/deliver programs. Training Program Development Design & Develop Technical programs for Employees, Installers & Contractors. Modify existing ones in accordance with local needs Training Program Delivery Ensure alignment with respective stakeholders and put up a training calendar in place to deliver the requisite programs Content Creation & Standardization Develop manuals, presentations, training handbook and update existing modules Co-ordination & Stakeholder Management Collaborate with Sales heads, unit heads, RMs and Product managers to develop/deliver content Evaluation & Reporting Monitor effectiveness through feedback, assessments and provide reports for continuous improvement. As long as you have the willingness to learn anything you need for the role that you dont already have, wed love to speak to you. If you have experience in the following areas this is an added advantage: Possess 5-7 years of overall experience, including 2-3 years in Training and Development/Technical Training. Ideally have a background in the Building Materials Industry. Hold Bachelors degree in engineering or a related field along with Masters Degree. Be prepared to travel at least 30% of the time.
