Job Description

EXPECTED END RESULTS MAJOR ACTIVITIES Data Analysis Coordination delivery of monthly data runs (across TCS departments) and creation of standard monthly reports Performing statistical analysis on data sets to generate meaningful insights and create reports for stakeholders, including key performance indicators (KPIs). Finance Tracking Collation of budget status across TCS departments, tracking expenditure, processing invoices, supporting chargeback activities output of standard reporting Identifying patterns and trends within data to predict future outcomes and inform strategic decisions. Contracts Management Log, track, and maintain record of contracts across function System Maintenance System Administration Support maintain validation settings within system (e.g. warranty) including updates following policy or procedure change Administrative window to system users, raising tickets for concerns and maintaining user list/requirements Warranty Administration Support for Warranty query claim management including record creation and maintenance Standard Reporting Output of standard functional monthly report (e.g. RF1 data collection monthly update, RPR process, travel prorex, standards management, NSC lead-time, PA share) Identifying and resolving data inconsistencies, duplicates, and errors to maintain data integrity.
