Job Description

We’re Hiring | Perimeter Security Engineer | 5–8 Years Experience | Tata Communications

Are you passionate about Network Security and looking for a role where you can make a real impact?

Perimeter Security Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and support perimeter security tools like
Firewall, Proxy, 2FA
on client infrastructure.
Handle change and support requests, troubleshooting issues and coordinating with the SOC team.
Provide onsite hands-and-feet support and collaborate with vendors.
Prepare regular reports and ensure timely communication with clients and stakeholders.

What We’re Looking For:

5–8 years
of experience in
Networking & Perimeter Security
.
Proficiency in at least
2 firewall products
(Cisco, Checkpoint, Palo Alto, FortiGate).
Experience with
Proxy tools
like Bluecoat or Zscaler.
Strong understanding of
IT Security tools
and the
ITIL framework
.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent.
Industry certifications (preferred but not mandatory).
