Candidate Experience: Foster a positive candidate experience by managing communication and feedback throughout the hiring process. Develop and implement strategies to enhance candidate engagement and satisfaction. Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyse recruitment metrics and data to measure the effectiveness of strategies and identify areas for improvement. Prepare and present reports on recruitment activities, outcomes, and trends to senior management.
