Job Description

End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the entire hiring cycle, from job posting to offer closure. Sourcing & Screening: Identify top talent through job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.), employee referrals, and recruitment agencies. Technical & Non-Technical Hiring: Recruit for positions in engineering, construction, power plants, and corporate roles. Bulk & Mass Hiring: Conduct large-scale recruitment drives for project-based and site-level hiring. Campus Recruitment: Develop and maintain relationships with universities and technical institutes for fresher hiring. Interview Coordination: Work closely with hiring managers to schedule and conduct interviews. Offer Negotiation & Onboarding: Manage salary discussions, offer rollouts, and ensure smooth onboarding. HR Compliance: Ensure hiring processes align with labor laws and company policies. Employer Branding: Promote Power Mech as a preferred employer through digital platforms. Recruitment Metrics & Reporting: Maintain hiring data and provide regular recruitment dashboards to management.
