Job Description

Main Objective of the Position / Role To attract and recruit the increasing number of applicants to apply in the organization and ensuring that the recruitment processes are completed within the stipulated time and budget. To Create a talent pool of candidates to enable the selection of best candidates for the organization. Increase the pool of job candidates at minimum cost. Key Primary Responsibilities Manpower Management • Check the Manpower requisition form (MRF) received for all vacant positions and compare it with the approved organisation structure. Prepare the Recruitment Tracker Plant wise. Share the vacant positions to all employees across all units. Organisation Structure of all functions with respective functional heads in line with business needs and senior leadership guidance. Ensure the recruitment of talented staff across all group units. Help and guide functional managers on evaluation criteria and methods of selection for right candidate. Prepare the JD and Interview Assessment of each functional role with functional heads. R ecruitment & Selection • Should have the ability to attract, recruit, select, and facilitate the retention of candidates using effective methodologies and strategies. Build talent acquisition framework. Filling the vacant (replacement / new) positions with support from Functional heads. Ensure the filling of vacancy as per TAT and in line with the Business Plan. Investigate and determine employee needs. Develop a sustainable talent acquisition and hiring plans and strategies. Design, plan and execute employer branding activities. Encourage employees to be brand ambassadors. Use employee referral programs for hiring and assure the benefits be given to them. Use hiring portals, Recruitment Marketing tools for hiring the talent. perform analysis of hiring needs and provide employee hiring forecast Design, plan and execute selection processes (conduct interviews and screening calls, administer technical and other tests etc.) Get the Interview Assessment done from all Interviewers. Reviews employment applications and background check reports done through consultants Find bottlenecks in the recruiting process. Suggest measures for improving employee retention. Use sourcing methods for hard-to-fill roles. Do E-Boarding of all New joinees on HRMS Portal and verify the data. Audits • Provide the data pertaining to recruitment to the internal auditors for getting the audit done smoothly with no NCS Costing / Budget • Recruit the manpower in line with the approved budgeted cost of the positions. Recruitment source analysis source vs cost (Portal/Consultancy/refrence) New hiring cost onboarding as per SOP Other/ MIS Conduct all staff Exit interviews of corporate employees at the junior level MIS Reporting with Analysis & Action Plan to be done such as staff attrition, Recruitment TAT, cost vs Budget tracking. Prepare Recruitment and attrition Analysis MIS.
