Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Manager-Survey, based in Palghar. The responsibilities include supervising and managing survey teams, conducting land surveys and measurements, analyzing survey reports and data, and assisting in creating maps and layouts for infrastructure projects. Additional duties involve ensuring accuracy in survey data, coordinating with project teams, and using tools and software to support project requirements.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in land surveying techniques, instrument handling, and data collection
• Experience in analyzing survey data, preparing maps, and drafting layouts using GIS and survey software
• Strong project coordination and team management skills to oversee survey teams and ensure timely execution
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills to ensure accuracy in measurements and data analysis
• Relevant technical qualifications, such as a degree or diploma in Civil Engineering, Surveying, or a related field
• Previous experience in infrastructure development, particularly in sectors like highways, railways, or water projects, is a plus
• Good communication, analytical, and organizational skills
