Assistant Manager, Structural Engineering

As a Structural Engineer in this role, your responsibilities will include: - Perform structural analysis and design of solar tracker systems, ensuring compliance with relevant codes and standards. - Provide technical support during the installation and commissioning of solar tracker systems. - Evaluate and optimize existing solar tracker designs to improve performance and reduce costs. - Lead and manage structural engineering projects from concept to completion, including coordination with other engineering disciplines. - Prepare detailed engineering reports, drawings, and specifications. - Work closely with cross-functional teams, including electrical engineers, project managers, and construction teams. - Ensure all designs meet safety, quality, and regulatory requirements. To qualify for this position, you should have: - Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering (Master's preferred). - Minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience in structural engineering. - Proficiency in structural analysis software (e.g., STAAD, RISA, SAP LPile, AutoCAD), strong understanding of building codes and standards, and excellent problem-solving skills. - Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred. - Strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.,
