Job Title: Assistant Manager - Strategy & Business Planning
Location: Noida
Experience: 24 years (preferred)
Salary: 20 to 25% Hike on the current CTC.
Role Overview
We are looking for a Marketing Strategist who can turn data into meaningful insights and support the team in planning and executing effective marketing strategies.
The role requires a mix of analytical thinking, strong command over Excel, and the coordination sales, CRM & marketing team.
Key Responsibilities
* New project planning, strategy for lead distribution and coordination with developer's marketing teams.
- Analyse marketing data to track campaign performance, and budget.
- Prepare reports, and presentations that highlight insights and actionable recommendations in MBR (Monthly Business Review).
- Support the marketing team in developing annual and quarterly marketing plans.
- Maintain and update marketing performance metrics to ensure timely decision-making.
- Conduct competitor and market research to identify opportunities for growth.
- Work closely with digital, CRM, and sales teams to improve campaign effectiveness.
Required Skills & Competencies
- Hands-on experience with MS Excel (pivot tables, lookups, advanced formulas).
- Basic understanding of marketing funnels and campaign performance matrix.
- Ability to work with large datasets and interpret insights clearly.
- Comfortable in site visits and travelling in other cities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- Experience in real estate or similar industry (added advantage).
