Job Description

Material Inward Outward Management: Ensure smooth receipt and dispatch of materials, maintaining proper documentation and compliance. Goods Receipt (GR) Processing: Responsible for creating GR for both local and imported materials. Vehicle Loading Unloading: Supervise and manage vehicle loading and unloading operations efficiently. Physical Verification of Goods: Conduct physical verification of received materials to ensure accuracy and quality. Material Offer to IQC: Coordinate with Incoming Quality Control (IQC) teams for inspection and approval of materials. Subcontracting Challan Management: Prepare and process subcontracting challans for material movement. RDC Challan Management: Handle RDC challan preparation and documentation. Storage Management: Ensure proper storage and handling of casting tanks, conductors, and OEM Free of Cost (FOC) materials. MIS Reporting: Generate and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly reports related to outward activities. Requirements Education: BE Mech/ MBA SCM Preferred Experience: Experience in logistics, warehouse operations, and material handling in a manufacturing or supply chain environment. Technical Skills: Knowledge of Material Inward Outward Processes Expertise in GR Processing Documentation Inventory Management ERP System Proficiency Soft Skills: Strong Coordination Organizational Abilities Good Communication Team Collaboration Problem-Solving Time Management Skills Attention to Detail Process-Oriented Approach Benefits 5 day Work Week: Work Monday to Friday.
