Job Purpose: To expand reach of product offerings in the local market by building Channel network across the allocated area in the city. Principal Accountabilities: Being a part of extensive outreach to Channel Partners Creating a team of dedicated Channel partners ensuring best terms of engagements with them and leveraging Mahindra equity of trust, transparency and integrity through them Developing strong cross sales expertise through regional CPs Following up with the channel partners for lead generation and identifying the support required for the same Taking customers for the site visit and following up to close the deal Updating CPs about their leads & walk-ins Coordinating internally for the pay-outs of CPs in a timely manner Updating the channel partner details on SFDC on a regular basis Being aware about the product and CP offerings by competitors Individual Accountability Number of walk-ins generated Number of new CPs activated & empaneled on SFDC Percentage of active CPs delivering business Shared Accountability Customer Satisfaction Score Net Sales Percentage of active CPs delivering business Functional Competencies: Product Knowledge Understanding of Sales Processes (e.g. SOPs) Knowledge of Financial Schemes of different banks (e.g. interest rates) Industry Knowledge (e.g. Competition analysis) Stakeholder management Qualification and Experience: Any Graduate (Preferably MBA) 2-5 years of work experience
