Role & responsibilities Managing service deliverables (AMC, O&M, of HVAC, Electrical, IBMS, F&F, Plumbing etc) for areas. Technically sound on MEP Utilities. Handing services of chillers, package units, ventilation, HVAC and/or Electrical, F&F jobs. Preparing quotations for the enquiries, submission, negotiation with client/ Facility Management of Client for sundry repair service and spare sale jobs. Maintain regular contact with different customers to ensure enquiries and job leads. Exposure of service delivery of O&M / maintenance contracts with an established client base of multiple sites. Should have hands on experience in handling O&M and AMC business of any type of electromechanical utility services like HVAC, Central Air conditioning, Packaged Air conditioning, Electrical systems, Diesel Generators, IBMS & Fire Fighting in the customer service domain Preferred candidate profile Should have a BE/BTech/Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Should have hands on experience of managing O&M and AMC business. Computer literate, knowledge of MS Office, Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, Microsoft outlook, MST etc. Should have knowledge on statutory rules and regulation regarding minimum wages/ PF/ ESI/ Leave of Central Govt. as well as State Govt. Candidates having in depth knowledge on MEP Service Industry or Facility management Companies
