Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Lead SAP SD functional activities across requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment.
  • Manage

    end-to-end Order-to-Cash (O2C)

    processes including sales orders, quotations, deliveries, billing, credit management, and returns.
  • Configure and

    manage Pricing Procedures, Condition Types, Access Sequences, and Condition Records.

  • Handle Sales Contracts, Consignment Fill-up/Pick-up/Returns, and Special Business Scenarios.
  • Configure Transport Management, Shipping, Output Determination, Delivery Scheduling, Route Determination.

  • Ensure smooth

    integration of SD with MM, FI, PP, WM, TM, CRM, and third-party systems.

  • Support implementation and compliance for

    GST, E-Way Bill, and E-Invoicing.

  • Conduct workshops with business stakeholders for requirement analysis and solution proposals.
  • Prepare Functional Specifications for RICEF developments and coordinate with ABAP teams.
  • Perform Unit Testing, SIT, UAT support, system migration, and cutover activities.
  • Support post-go-live hyper-care, issue resolution, and continuous improvements.
  • Ensure adherence to SAP best practices and organizational compliance policies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless business process execution.
  • Train key users and ensure proper documentation of processes and configurations.

Required Skills & Expertise

  • In-depth expertise in O2C, Sales Order Management, Delivery, Billing, Credit & Debit Notes.
  • Strong hands-on experience in Pricing Procedure, Condition Technique & Access Sequence Management.
  • Experience in Sales Contracts, Consignment Processes & Stock Transfer Scenarios.
  • Knowledge of Transport Management, Shipping, Route Determination, ATP, and Delivery Scheduling.
  • Expertise in GST, E-Way Bill & E-Invoice functionalities.
  • Strong integration knowledge with FI (Revenue Recognition, Tax), MM (Stock/Non-stock), PP, WM, CRM.
  • Exposure to integration with external applications (Portals, eCommerce, DMS, CRM, 3rd Party Systems).
  • Ability to create and review Functional Specifications for WRICEF objects.
  • Good debugging knowledge to work with ABAP team effectively.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in at least 2 End-to-End Greenfield implementations preferred.

Preferred candidate profile

  • SAP SD Certification will be an added advantage.
  • Experience working in S/4HANA environments.
  • Working knowledge of Fiori apps related to SD.
  • Hands-on experience in Advanced ATP, SAP TM, or SAP GTS preferred.

Qualification: Bachelors in Engineering or Equivalent

Experience: 6 8 years
