Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Assistant Manager position based in Bhubaneswar. The Assistant Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operational processes, managing logistics and supply chain activities, coordinating with teams and clients to meet project deadlines, and monitoring workflow and service quality. Additional responsibilities include analyzing data to optimize delivery schedules, ensuring regulatory compliance, and providing support with administrative tasks as needed. This role requires a proactive individual capable of taking initiative and ensuring smooth operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Experience in logistics, supply chain management, and warehouse operations
• Strong communication, team coordination, and interpersonal skills
• Analytical and problem-solving skills, including proficiency in data analysis tools
• Proficiency in using logistics and supply chain management software
• Adaptability to work on-site and lead teams effectively
• Attention to detail and the ability to work under tight deadlines
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
• Prior experience in premium freight or transport logistics is an added advantage
