Post - Assistant Manager Location - Patiala, Punjab Experience - 5 to 8 Years Qualification - Graduation Job Description Promote hospital services (e.g., cataract, LASIK, retina, and other eye treatments) to doctors, clinics, opticians, corporates, and wellness centers. Identify and develop new referral networks (ophthalmologists, optometrists, general practitioners). Maintain and grow existing referral relationships through regular visits, follow-ups, and engagement. Conduct patient education and awareness camps at schools, corporates, and community centers. Coordinate with the internal team to ensure smooth onboarding of referred patients. Maintain records of visits, leads, referrals, and follow-up actions in CRM or reporting formats.
