Job Description

As a Procurement Coordinator, your role involves managing the procurement of rates from airlines and agents, as well as coordinating with all stakeholders for RFQ submissions. Your key responsibilities include: - Procuring rates accurately and submitting them for spot shipment rate enquiries. - Supporting local customer inquiries and forwarding them to the sales team. - Creating customer codes and setting up credit terms. - Managing internal and customer relations related to sales. - Generating sales and sales leads through customer calls. - Supporting incoming sales leads to facilitate sales. - Closing sales enquiries from local and overseas offices. - Assisting assigned sales personnel in inputting quotations into the system for closed business. - Supporting the closure of secured quotations from other locations in the system. - Managing presentation materials for the sales team. - Qualifying all sales leads and market intelligence from product managers and promoting them to the sales team. - Assisting the DM in sales procurement.
