We are seeking an experienced Deputy Manager to lead our Sales & Marketing team for Branding the products. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and marketing, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to develop innovative marketing strategies. Role & responsibilities Lead a team of Sales Executives to achieve sales targets Develop and implement effective marketing strategies for Branding the Milk and Milk products. Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify business opportunities Collaborate with cross-functional teams to launch new products and promotions Manage and monitor sales performance, providing coaching and guidance to team members Preferred candidate profile Minimum 6-8 years of experience in sales or marketing in the Dairy, FMCG, or Food Products industry 2-wheeler with a valid driving license is a must
