The ideal candidate for this role is an expatriate with a minimum of 2 years of work experience in 5-star luxury hotels, preferably with a background in Hyatt. A passion for hospitality, exceptional customer service skills, adaptability to changing market conditions, and strong interpersonal skills are essential for success in this role. Flexibility in working hours, including evenings and weekends, is required to accommodate client meetings and events.
