Job Description What are the Key Deliverables in this role Financial Outcomes Adherence to the Credit Policy and assuring Debtors exposure in check with no Risk to TCPL. Conducting Scheme analysis and driving discussions with RTMM to drive efficiency. Computation and tracking of Distributor ROI and driving actions at regional level. Assist various internal and external audits, Pro actively highlighting business risks from control perspectives. Customer Service Partnering Cluster Head on Zonal KPI s Priorities. Develop Data Analytics for Exception Reporting and driving actions in coordination with the necessary teams. Ensure rigorous review mechanisms in place with outsourced service provider and Internal stake holders for timely delivery of services. Develop and ensure timely delivery of various MIS/reports. Internal Processes Ensure in developing/ setting up SOPs /Process Improvements with strong controls for all claims of the distributors. Drive Sales Effectiveness, Governance Market Visits: Market visits and DB / Retail Audit through 3Ps and driving actions with Regional Sales Teams. Drive Sales facing digitization initiatives and Ad hoc Reporting and Analysis. What are the Critical success factors for the Role ICWA or MBA Finance from premier institute. 3 5 Years of experience in Commercial Finance in any FMCG / Retail org. handling similar role. Strong interpersonal skills especially influencing skills to discuss and present a point to the leaders across functions What are the Desirable success factors for the Role FMCG environment or related industry experience Ability to manage and work with larger teams under dynamic business environment. Quick adaptability of Digital Initiatives with Strong Analytical skills
