We are looking for candidates with strong analytical skills, a passion for business development, and the ability to build and nurture partner relationships. KRA's :- Partner Prospecting and Onboarding Process Development and Implementation Training and Development of Team Performance Monitoring and Reporting Foster strong and mutually beneficial relationships with channel partners. Market Development - Building relationships with CA, Accountants, Tax practitioners Hiring, training, daily tracking & performance management of each team member of channel partner. Skill Sets / Requirements:- Good verbal & written communication skills Good people and process management capabilities Working experience with SME businesses High achievement orientation. Takes full ownership of activities and outcomes
