Brief Profile : This is a middle management position, responsible outbound sales activities mostly related to developing ties with Consultants and Contractors. This position shall be responsible for getting new accounts through these contacts for the established standard products of Power Matrix Solutions Pvt Ltd. Role Objectives : Responsible And Assisting the Sales Head in institutional sales and consultant empanelment Should play a key role in developing the market in the assigned geography. Will need to be a go-getter and self-starter. Shall be responsible for recruiting and training team members for the assigned geography. Will be responsible for achieving the Target assigned for the year for the assigned geography. Develop new accounts for existing products and services. Must have good communication and networking skills to manage client expectations. Secure the approvals for manufacturing clearance by co-ordinating with the client and the PMX Internal Design Team. Maintain continuous follow-up for closing orders, ensure timely inspection of the products, and ensure timely dispatch AND FOLLOWUP CONTINUOSULY FOR PAYMENT COLLECTIONS. Must be a team person and able to MAINTAIN THE EXISTING PMX CLIENT RELATIONSHIP DILIGENTLY. Work closely with delivery and other internal teams to ensure commitments are met
