What will you do Own program outreach and establish manage outreach partnerships Nurture, build serve portfolio of startups across diverse sectors. Lead planning and designing the program. Proactively monitor its progress, resolve issues and initiate appropriate action. Work closely with teams to successful fulfil founder needs. Identify key problems in start-ups and help them navigate through these problems by bringing in suitable support and interventions Manage multiple stakeholders ranging from the founders to the funding partners. Design, manage and optimize incubation SOPs Designing the program interventions and implementation Network and drive partnerships with players in the entrepreneurship ecosystem (co-incubation partners, technology policy partners research bodies) Be a liaison between the NSRCEL team functions. Requirements You will ideally have: Comfortable engaging with and handling multiple stakeholders Have 2-4 years of experience in the incubation space, with sufficient exposure to the entrepreneurship ecosystem in the country Have superior analytical skills and ability to solve highly ambiguous problems Have a high bias for action and ownership Verbal and written communication Have team orientation and interpersonal skills
