Job Description

A. Overall Purpose Of the Job

Aspire Lifestyles is an integrated Concierge, personal assistance and customer relationship engagement company. We develop & design white-label loyalty programs for leading brands as their marketing preposition which enables new customer acquisition, retention and loyalty of their customers. This position is responsible for new business development (B2B) by targeting CXO’s, CMO’s and product managers of leading banks, Hospitality Luxury Auto & Insurance companies along with retention and growth of the current business through relationship & key account management. 

 

Aspire Lifestyles (www.aspirelifestyles.com) is part of International SOS, a leading travel, medical and security assistance company. 

 

Key Responsibilities:

•Develop a suitable recruiting strategy.

•Advertise for vacancies on professional networking sites such as LinkedIn, online job portals and other consultancies for high profile jobs.

•Locate and network with candidates who would fit into the required skills and culture of the organization

•Screen applications and select candidates

•Coordinate and conduct interviews

•Document and record the interviews.

•Conduct on-boarding and orientation sessions for new joiners

•Coordinate training sessions if needed for the new employees.

•Attend career and networking events.

•Help hiring processes are effective, and recommend process improvements

•Collaborate with key leadership on profile development and assist in supply and demand planning to meet overall business objectives

•Provide external marketplace intelligence/industry trend analyses to the stakeholder group.

•Monitor external competitor analyses and recommend adjustments to recruiting strategies and processes as needed

•Influence decisions made affecting recruiting organization

•Participate in strategic projects/initiatives impacting the Recruiting, HR or GS Organization

•Responsible for coordinating a large recruiting pipeline and meeting recruiting targets

•Act as a main point of contact with external vendors/agencies; participate in contract negotiations and management

•Act as single point of contact for designated candidates for all recruiting related questions and concerns

•Oversee referral process of applicants

•Ensure update of recruiting database and tools

•Conduct and distribute reports on a regular basis and special reports on request, identify issues and recommend actions


Required Skills / Knowledge


•Exceptional interpersonal skills.

•Familiarity with HR Tools will be an added advantage.

•Great networking skills.

•Prior experience of transacting with online job portals, employee agencies and educational institutions.

•Knowledge of HR best practices and applicable laws.

•Well versed with the current developments in the HR Industry.

•Strong team player


Required Work Experience

At least 5 years of relevant work experience

Required Qualifications, Travel Requirements and Languages:

•Bachelor's Degree required, preferably in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field required

•Master's degree or professional certification in Human Resources preferred

Required Languages

•Hindi

•Fluent English


Local Mumbai Candidates with BPO bulk hiring will be preferred.
