Job Title: Assistant Manager- Quick Commerce Channels Location: Gurugram, Haryana About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Assistant Manager- Quick Commerce Channels with over 4 years of hands-on experience managing operations for beauty brands across major e-commerce platforms, including Quick Commerce platforms and others. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of handling businesses with a monthly net revenue exceeding βΉ5 Cr. Key Responsibilities: Account Management: β Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned e-commerce accounts, fostering strong relationships to drive business growth. β Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets and enhance brand presence on each platform. 2.Operational Excellence: β Oversee product listings, pricing strategies, inventory management, and order fulfillment processes to ensure optimal performance. β Monitor and maintain account health metrics, including customer feedback, return rates, in-stock rates, delivery timelines, and service level agreements (SLAs). 3.Data Analysis and Reporting: β Utilize advanced Excel skills to analyze sales data, identify trends, and generate actionable insights. β Work with BI team to prepare comprehensive reports and presentations to measure performance and recommend actionable insights to stakeholders. 4.Cross-Functional Collaboration: β Work closely with internal teams such as marketing, supply chain, and customer service to ensure cohesive execution of business strategies. β Address and resolve operational issues promptly to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction. 5.Platform Growth: β Explore opportunities to collaborate with marketplace partners and drive organic visibility and engagement for our brand. Identify actionables beyond paid media investment to drive growth Required Skills and Qualifications: β Experience: Minimum 3 years in e-commerce account management for beauty brands, with a proven ability to manage a monthly business size exceeding βΉ2 Cr. β Platform Proficiency: In-depth knowledge of platforms including Quick Commerce platforms. β Analytical Skills: Proficiency in advanced Excel (e.g., VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros) for data analysis and reporting. β Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, with strong presentation and deck preparation skills . β Problem-Solving: Demonstrated ability to identify issues and implement effective solutions in a timely manner. β International Experience: Experience with international marketplaces is a plus.
