Job Description

Role & responsibilities 1. Customer complaint handling 2. On time 8D close with all supporting docs 3. Customer audit co ordination and NC closure wrt the system, process and product 4. Sharing customer requirement like ,4M,SPC,MSA on weekly and monthly basis (A s on required) 5. Handling of all OE,OES domestic and export customer portal 6. Customer wise CSR execution and closure for satisfying 7. Immediate response to the customer on time for quality issue and support 8. Responsible for sharing the specific customer PPAP 9. Visit to customer for D-3 and actions closure 10. Continuously training to the employee, inspectors, operators and Engineers wrt the organization requirements and customer specific requirements. Core competency 1. IATF core tools (MSA,SPC,CP,PFMEA,PPAP,APQP) 2. SAP QM module 3. 8D wrt the customer 4. 7QC tools applications 5. GD&T and QMS 6. Strong knowledge of machining, cold and hot forgings, welding 7. EOHS and ISO internal auditor
