Production Planning and Execution: - Develop and implement production plans to ensure timely delivery of products while meeting quality standards and cost targets - Monitor production schedules and adjust plans as necessary to maintain optimal output and efficiency Compliance and Safety: - Ensure strict adherence to all environmental, health, and safety regulations throughout the manufacturing process - Regularly review and update safety protocols and practices to promote a safe working environment Employee Development: - Facilitate training and development programs for employees to enhance skills and promote career growth - Foster a culture of continuous improvement and teamwork within the production team 4 Budget Management: - Develop annual and long-term operating budgets for the production department - Conduct monthly financial analysis to ensure budgets are being met and identify areas for cost reduction 5 Continuous Improvement: - Direct the implementation of process improvements and best practices in production to enhance efficiency and reduce waste - Collaborate with relevant departments to enhance operational coordination and effectiveness 6 Quality Control: - Develop and maintain quality control systems to promptly identify and address production problems - Conduct regular inspections and quality audits to ensure compliance with product specifications 7 Reporting and Coordination: - Prepare detailed production reports and maintain accurate personnel records - Work closely with other supervisors and departments to ensure smooth operational coordination Education Qualifications B.Tech/B.E./Chemical Behavioural Profile - Proven experience in a production management role within the chemical industry. - Strong knowledge of production planning, quality control, and safety standards. - Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. - Proficient in budgeting and financial analysis. - Ability to troubleshoot and solve complex production issues.
