Job Description

Role & responsibilities 1. Identify gaps and opportunities through data & report, stakeholder interaction, process mapping across departments, and any other opportunities in the organization. 2. Lead/ Mentor/ Help the project team understand the problem statement and apply improvement initiatives like Lean, PDCA for problem solving. 3. Document business processes, requirements, and solutions using appropriate tools and techniques. 4. Create data driven solutions and assist in system enhancement implementation. 5. Drive documentation of QNI (Quality Net Income) through various initiatives 6. Conduct toll gate and review with leadership on improvement projects. 7. Research on innovation, customer needs, market trends and futuristic needs of the organization. 8. Facilitate training programs for Lean and 6 Sigma and drive recognition for completed projects/ initiatives. Preferred candidate profile 1. Education: Minimum -Graduate or global equivalent 2. Six Sigma Green Belt 3. Lean certification 4. Project Management
