Job Description

Job Summary : Supervising and executing PLC and HMI Programming and Integration. Job Responsibilities :- Lead and guide a team of PLC programmers. Responsible for sequencing, PLC and HMI programing of SPM, Automation projects. Understand application requirements and develop and implement logic sequences, PLC programming, HMI screens programming. Guide the PLC Engineers in PLC and HMI programing of SPM, Automation projects. Review existing PLC programs and make necessary changes and implement. To coordinate with project manager for complying project requirements within given timeline. To resolve issues with assembly and customer regarding logic sequence. To resolve issues at site during installation of project. To coordinate with design team to create and implement logic sequence and devices integration. To support New Products Development from integration perspective. Monitor performance of PLC Programmers. Candidate Requirement : - Proficiency in understanding and developing logic sequences for SPM and Automation. Proficiency in PLC and HMI Programming and trouble shooting. Sound knowledge of PLC and related hardware. Should have knowledge of Electra-Mechanical systems. Effective monitoring and control of PLC programmers team.
