Job Description

Team Manager Operations is responsible accountable for continuous monitoring of work flow TAT follow ups with different teams, Business Excellence initiatives, Training Development, Quality Compliance, Team Management, Performance Management Goal Setting. Ensuring proper flow of communication, coordination with all the teams, top management and CPU s/OSPC s Competencies: Actively participate in knowledge sharing activities to build a comprehensive repository of products, deliverables, data and analysis, solutions, thought leadership, etc. Follow the set guidelines/framework while structuring all work products, analysis and insights to drive robust documentation Establish guidelines and frameworks to ensure effective documentation and facilitate streamlining the processes. Manage the priority work orders, Back plant files, follow up and monitor the units work progress and the order status. Daily reports for POM, Daily Production, UPE, production results, quality issue reporting and down time analysis. Manage the team leads and senior team leads and solve the issue to ensure the order can be executed smoothly. Assisting with planning and scheduling production and supervising the production process and TAT as per the SLA monitor and review improvements in productivity and drive Process Time Reduction. Oversees the successful transition of new products and technology into the production environment Lead improvements project for quality and productivity and will support continuous improvement through Kaizen, 6 Sigma, etc. Conduct regular performance review and continuously uplift team members job knowledge and skills. Monitoring performance by gathering relevant data and producing statistical reports about the CCE and Overall quality Ensuring that the team is using industry accepted best practices. Responsible for continuous improvement, TPM and 6S activities for assigned area. Instill a culture of continuous improvement based on the 6 sigma principles Driving the team leads and senior leads to ensure retention Accurately map skills, preferences and availability (on a daily basis) of employees, against client requirements. Identify developing trends and work to develop a course of action to reduce unassigned hours and achieve planned results. Assess existing capacity and develop production plans and forecasts based on future plans for demand Utilize knowledge and research methods to drive best practice results "Driving the PQR calls with the leads of the respective teams developing a strategy to manage effective communication with all internal and onshore stakeholders which includes communicating objectives, deliverables, task time, and other production metrics with them Create capacity plans by using historical trending and forecasting techniques. Analyze all the metrics to provide inputs on specific business decisions while taking into consideration lead and lag factors Technical Skills: Drive continuous improvement, Total Performance Management and 6S activities FAST, Eagle Pro, Eagle Search Product, ArcGis/ICO Maps and Deed Plotter, etc. Data Tree, Data Trace, RDRI, Title Scan, etc. Working of products EaglePro Link, Final Delivery documents etc. Design of the templates generated SOP, SLP (PMP PRS) policies across the organization Authenticating PMP PRS data. Development activities for the team (CAT CAP procedure) Educational Qualification and Experience: Minimum of 15 years of formal education Graduate Professional work experience of 5 to 8 years
