Prepare and issue Proforma Invoices (PI) accurately as per client requirements.
Ensure timely submission of PIs to customers and internal departments for processing.
Maintain records of all PIs issued and track status till final invoice generation.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports related to sales, production, and dispatch activities.
Analyze data trends for planning and performance improvement.
Share regular reports with management for decision-making and forecasting.
Coordinate between Sales, Production, Quality, and Dispatch teams for order execution.
Ensure smooth communication and workflow between departments to meet delivery timelines.
Follow up on material readiness, quality clearance, and dispatch schedules.
Handle client registrations, warranty submissions, and issue resolutions on the E-Warranty portal.
Liaise with customers and internal teams for timely updates and closure of warranty-related cases.
Maintain accurate digital records and ensure compliance with company processes.
Maintain updated documentation for orders, invoices, and warranty claims.
Support management with ad-hoc data requirements and coordination tasks.
Assist in process improvements and system streamlining initiatives.
Candidates from ACP manufacturing company will be preferred.
