Job Description

An Assistant Manager is responsible for supporting managerial staff in day-to-day business operations, supervising employees, ensuring company guidelines are followed, and helping achieve organizational goal. This role acts as a crucial link between the manager and staff, handling tasks such as scheduling, recruitment, training, customer support, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the general manager in organizing, planning, and implementing strategy.
  • Coordinate daily operations and workflows.
  • Ensure company policies and procedures are followed, and communicate changes to staff.
  • Supervise, lead, and motivate employees; delegate tasks and monitor performance.
  • Handle recruitment, interview, and training of new employees.
  • Resolve staff and customer issues; act as a mediator or channel of communication.
  • Maintain a safe and clean work environment.
  • Oversee scheduling and timesheets for employees.
  • Monitor budgets, costs, and resources; assist with inventory and procurement.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹13,490.23 - ₹53,836.76 per month
