Assistant Manager - New Sales

Job Description

Role & responsibilities Assist in developing and implementing sales strategies to penetrate new markets. Analyze market trends and identify potential customers. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders. Conduct regular follow-ups and ensure client satisfaction. Prepare and deliver sales presentations to prospective clients. Develop comprehensive proposals that meet customer requirements. Work closely with the marketing team to create effective sales campaigns. Collaborate with engineering and project management teams to ensure customer needs are met. Monitor sales performance metrics and prepare sales reports. Provide insights and recommendations based on sales analysis. Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential opportunities. Stay updated on industry standards, regulations, and technological advancements. Assist in training and mentoring junior sales staff. Promote a culture of continuous improvement within the sales team. Preferred candidate profile Bachelor's degree in business, Engineering, or a related field. 3-8 years of experience in sales, preferably in the elevators and escalators industry. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing market share. Strong understanding of customer needs and the sales process. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Skills Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. High level of motivation and a strong work ethic. Adaptable to changing market conditions and able to think strategically.
