Job Description

Job Roles & Responsibilities Managing IT infrastructure. Installing, configuring and managing network equipment including routers, switches, firewall. Maintaining the day-to-day IT operation. Network Monitoring to maximising network performance. Create accurate network diagrams and documentation for design and planning network communication systems. Configuring and managing of Access list, DHCP IP Sec tunnel, VLANs, Routing & Switching. Configuration and maintenance of MPLS technology. IT Asset & Inventory Management. Manage and implement IT Securities policies and procedures. Ensure proper Documentation process is in place. Handling Helpdesk & Service Desk. Managing Helpdesk & Engineer Team. Candidate Requirements At least 5 years of experience in IT Management including Network and Servers. A good command of English and able to handle offshore users. Hand on experience on Cisco Router, Cisco Switches, SonicWALL Firewall & Barracuda Firewall. Should have knowledge about Hardening of Network devices. Ability to implement, administer, and troubleshoot network infrastructure devices, including firewall, routers, switches. Should have knowledge and implementation experience on routing protocols BGP, RIP, IGRP, EIGRP etc. Should be open to work in 24*7 environments. Knowledge of ITIL, ISO27001 & PCI framewor
