Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Assistant Manager to join our team in the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing teams and driving business growth.

Roles and Responsibility

  • Manage and supervise a team of hospitality professionals to ensure excellent customer service.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve hotel operations and increase revenue.
  • Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless execution of events and activities.
  • Analyze customer feedback and implement changes to enhance guest satisfaction.
  • Maintain high standards of quality and consistency across all hotel services.
  • Lead and motivate a team to achieve exceptional results and exceed targets.

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience in hospitality management, preferably in a similar role.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong knowledge of hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, and food and beverage services.
  • Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
