Responsibilities
Inspection of Final Product:
- Conduct and oversee inspections of final solar modules to ensure they meet all quality standards and specifications before release.
Training And Development
- Provide training and development to team members on quality inspection procedures, industry best practices, and new technologies to enhance their skills and effectiveness.
Product Clearance Through SAP System
- Manage the clearance of products through the SAP system, ensuring proper documentation and compliance with quality and regulatory requirements.
Ensure Product Packaging Compliance
- Verify that product packaging adheres to quality standards and regulatory requirements, ensuring proper protection and compliance throughout the distribution process.
Control Of Non-Conforming Products
- Identify and manage non-conforming products, implement corrective actions, and ensure that defective items are properly handled and excluded from the final output.
Documentation And Reporting
- Keep comprehensive records of final quality assurance tests, and prepare daily FQA compliance reports.

Qualifications
Educational Qualification:
- B.Tech/Diploma in Engineering (Electrical/Electronics/Mechanical).
- Desired: BE/B.Tech
Work Experience (Range Of Years)
- Min 2-5 years in final quality assurance. Expertise in final product inspection, quality checks, and compliance verification
