A. Purpose of the Job 1. To create a competent team for solution business in steel sector in Pune for PAN India basis 2. Technical Skill set upgradation 3. Pre-sale and Post-sales Product Support for steel industry 4. Support to applications in steel sector for development of Solutions 5. Knowledge Management for Application team 6. Coordination with MELCO team for technical matters B. Skills and Capabilities I. Technical Skills: 1. Strong knowledge of FA products 2. Knowledge of system Engineering & Network Integration 3. Commissioning experience of inverter, PLC, HMI, and SCADA in steel sector. II. Behavioral Skills/Soft Skills: 1. Communication skills 2. Presentation skills 3. Leadership skills / Managerial Skills 4. Very strong Customer Service orientation 5. Strong interpersonal skills C. Job Responsibilities: Identify clearly the most significant responsibilities of the job which have a clear end results for the achievement of which you will be held accountable. 1. Application & Drive, PLC, HMI, and SCADA Products support for Key Customers (Pre & Post sale) in steel sector. 2. Application & Drive, PLC, HMI, and SCADA product support for escalated cases from AO (Pre-sale, Post sale) 3. Coordination with Sales & Marketing for business development, support for Exhibitions, Seminars, etc. 4. Support for departmental activities 5. Customize and New product, function training to TSD members, AO/Channel members. 6. Spread EMS Awareness- communicate message- Tech-meet PPT, Softcopy of Technical Documents, Initiation, and review of DI revision
