Assistant Manager - MIS (Data Analyst)

Job Description

Key Responsibilities of the Role: Collecting and interpreting data to help inform business decisions. Analyzing results, identifying trends, and generating insights. Developing data models and databases. Creating reports and presentations to communicate findings. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to support data-driven solutions. Extract transform and load large and complex data sets from multiple sources. Competencies Required for the Role: Proven experience as a Data Analyst or in a related role. Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Python, R, Macros, VBA). Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information. Excellent communication and presentation skills Knowledge of statistical methods and techniques. Familiarity with machine learning concepts. Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) will be preferred and added advantage. Understanding of SAP platform to extract data and upload data Qualification: Bachelors degree in a relevant field Certification in advance Excel and Macro development if any
