Assistant Manager- MEP

Job Description

Job Responsibilities: • Review shop drawings • Value add during service design stage, construction stage • Help the team in procurement and contracting phase from the MEP perspective • Monitor quality of MEP works and manage site execution • Prepare & monitor schedule • Quantity re-measurement & Invoice certification • Monitor site progress; Prepare & monitor schedule. • MEP documentation & preparing quality tests reports • Issue Non-Conformance Quality Reports and provide solutions on Work front. • Quantity re-measurement & Invoice certification • In/ Out Material control • Ensured method statements compliance. • Coordinate with Consultants/architect and resolve drawing ambiguities. • Raise request for drawing information and follow-up • Review targets on daily; weekly and monthly basis • RA Bill Certification and verification of the measurements.
