Job Description

SITE MONITORING AND COORDINATION Assist in overseeing the daily MEP work on-site, ensuring the works is carried out as per the approved design and schedule. Coordinate with site engineers and contractors to ensure proper execution of MEP systems installation. Address any site issues related to MEP systems, helping find timely solutions to prevent delays. DOCUMENTATION AND REPORTING Assist in maintaining accurate records of all MEP-related activities, including site progress, material usage, and any changes or deviations. Prepare progress reports for MEP works, highlighting issues, delays, and corrective actions taken. Assist in maintaining and organizing MEP documentation (drawings, reports, change orders, etc.) for smooth execution and handover. Help ensure that MEP materials, tools and resources are available on - site as per the project schedule. Assist in coordinating with procurement teams for timely delivery of material and equipment to the site. KEY REQUIREMENTS Fire protection System Panel Set up Plumbing
