Position Title: Assistant Manager, Master Data Management ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE 1. Good knowledge of ideal processes, approval matrices. 2. Manage and track multiple requests and close the tasks within TAT. 3. Handling large data, taking reports from multiple systems. 4. Strong MS Office skills and ERP design skills. 5. Strong analytical skills and attention to details PERSONAL SPECIFICATIONS 1. Strong problem-solving skills. 2. Handling voluminous data and working under strict timelines. 3. Strong communication skills to collaborate with cross functional teams. 4. Stakeholder management. MINIMUM YEARS OF EXPERIENCE 1 2 Years in relevant role. DESCRIPTION MAIN PURPOSE OF THE JOB Master Data Management: 1. Hands on management of all aspects of managing the master data for all prices, SKUs, stores etc. 2. Knowledge of what data is to be prepared, shared, based on criticality; 3. Ensuring scalability of finance organization & processes to support and lead the growth of the organization. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Support the new product development process by accurate setup of new SKUs and Recipes in the system. 2. Work Closely with F&B, Procurement, Sales and marketing teams to align data. 3. Main point of contact for correction and reporting related to SKUs and mapping. 4. Support the new implementation or deployments in the system along with collaboration with Tech team. 5. Ensure data accuracy for external reports. 6. Manage the entry, validation and regular update of product.
