The ideal candidate should have relevant experience in BTL marketing, and digital campaign execution. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in shaping brand experiences and driving growth for a new, high-impact brand initiative. What you’ll do Website Program Management: Own the website roadmap by writing briefs, coordinating with agencies, and managing CMS updates and launches. Launch Event GTM Planning & Execution: Plan and execute the EC launch event, including timelines, creative rollout, and on-ground execution. BTL Marketing & Activation: Drive BTL initiatives across markets, ensuring timely execution and effective brand visibility. Social Media & Digital Promotion: Ideate, plan, and execute organic and paid growth strategies on Instagram and YouTube to drive awareness and growth. Channel Performance & Direct Growth: Track direct channel performance and work with internal teams to drive conversions. Who you are: A marketing professional/enthusiast with 2+ years of experience in marketing roles. Relevant experience in BTL execution, website project management, and launch planning. Familiarity with managing Instagram and YouTube campaigns—from strategy to execution. Excellent at managing external partners, timelines, and multiple projects simultaneously.
