Mission - Mission of the role is to plan and execute all on ground activations to promote Chalo. Help in digitisation in all cities. Must Have: Good negotiator - to be able secure the best offers / benefits from BTL Agencies/Can work with govt Enjoys networking and establishing relationships - with Vendors, city teams, and the BTL Agencies Good Executor Plans and executes Events, on ground promotions Manpower planning and shopkeepers onboarding Problem Solver innovative and fresh ideas to solve problems, asks probing questions to understand under-lying issues and go deeper into the problem and solve it Very good coordinator, follows up and does not miss out on any task big or small Open to travel for work - 90% travel
