Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

1. Business Growth & Market Development

  • Identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities in domestic and international markets.
  • Conduct market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitor activities.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets and market expansion goals.

2. Client Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers, distributors, and channel partners.
  • Understand customer requirements and coordinate with technical and production teams to offer customized solutions.
  • Negotiate and close business deals while ensuring profitability and alignment with company policies.

3. Sales & Marketing Execution

  • Develop annual sales forecasts and budgets.
  • Participate in trade fairs, exhibitions, and networking events to promote company products.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and reports for management review.

4. Cross-Functional Coordination

  • Collaborate with production, quality, logistics, and R&D teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Support product development initiatives by providing market insights and customer feedback.

5. Reporting & Analysis

  • Track sales performance, market share, and customer feedback.
  • Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and CRM database.
  • Prepare monthly/quarterly reports for management review.

Key Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong understanding of the

    plastic manufacturing industry

    , including materials (PP, PE, PVC, PET, ABS, etc.) and applications.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to develop strategic relationships and close high-value deals.
  • Market research and analytical skills.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelors degree in

    Business Administration / Marketing / Polymer Engineering / Chemical Engineering

    (MBA preferred).
  • 5–10 years

    of experience in

    business development or sales

    within the

    plastic or polymer industry

    .
  • Experience working with

    B2B clients

    , OEMs, or distributors.
  • Proven track record in achieving sales targets and developing new markets.
