Job Description

Role & responsibilities Responsibilities: Mechanical Breakdown Maintenance: Perform breakdown maintenance for CNC, punching, EOT cranes, paint shop, and fabrication shop machines. Detect malfunctions through sound, visual observation, and diagnostic tests. Repair and replace broken or faulty machine parts promptly. Perform emergency repairs to minimize downtime. Select appropriate materials for mechanical needs. Align and calibrate machine components for optimal functionality. Monitor and report on project progress. Conduct Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) activities. Adhere to safety rules and regulations, maintaining a safe work environment. Ensure cleanliness and organization within the work area. Apply expertise in pneumatics, hydraulics, and mechanics for effective troubleshooting. Documentation & Reporting: Review daily breakdown reports and update them in SAP. Maintain ISO 9001 & 14001 compliance documentation. Keep preventive maintenance check sheets, machine history cards, and TBM calendars updated. Prepare and review 5S audit documentation and reports. Suggest and implement Kaizen improvements for efficiency and process optimization. Spare Part Management: Ensure the availability of machine-specific spare parts as per TBM requirements. Generate purchase requisitions (PR) for required spare parts and follow up with the purchase department for timely procurement. Issue spare parts from stores and oversee their installation. Key Skills: Strong diagnostic and repair skills for complex mechanical systems. Proficiency in SAP for maintenance tracking and reporting. Thorough knowledge of pneumatics, hydraulics, and mechanical systems. Familiarity with ISO standards and preventive maintenance practices.
