Assistant Manager Loss Prevention

Role Overview: As a Loss Prevention & Security Management at The St. Regis Mumbai, your role involves assisting in the management of the department's daily functions to ensure the protection of property assets, employees, and guests. You will be responsible for maintaining required logs, certifications, and documents, training staff in emergency procedures, and implementing accident and fire prevention measures. Your ultimate goal will be to promote guest and employee satisfaction while meeting the operating budget. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct hazard and risk assessments, including OSHA/SAFETY audits and incident tracking - Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws and safety regulations - Supervise incident investigations and ensure timely responses - Implement key control guidelines and loss prevention measures - Promote accident and fire prevention procedures - Conduct patrols to monitor property interior and exterior - Handle complaints, disputes, and grievances effectively - Monitor and control risk through action plans - Oversee loss prevention operations, including emergency response and investigations - Assist with first aid programs and claims process - Collaborate with Meeting Planners to ensure guest safety and satisfaction Qualifications Required: - High school diploma or GED with 3 years of experience in security/loss prevention or related field OR - Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice or related major from an accredited university with 1 year of experience in security/loss prevention or related field Additional details of the company: At St. Regis Hotels & Resorts, we are committed to delivering exquisite experiences at luxury hotels worldwide.
