Job Description Job Title: Assistant Manager Logistics Date: 28 March 2025 Location: Kandivali west, Mumbai Email: tejas.mehta@creativenewtech.com Job Purpose: The Assistant Manager Logistics will oversee inventory management, coordinate international shipments, and ensure compliance with trade regulations. This role requires close collaboration with sales, warehouse, and finance teams to drive efficiency and enhance customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate must have experience in international logistics and third-country shipments. Key Responsibilities 1. Order Review & Processing: Verify stock availability across Dubai and China warehouses, including in-transit inventory. Process Proforma Invoices efficiently. Work closely with international warehouse teams to ensure accurate order fulfillment and timely dispatch. Coordinate with customers and sales teams for seamless operations. 2. Logistics & Warehouse Coordination Liaise with logistics providers and freight forwarders to ensure smooth transit of goods, including India imports and third-country (Cross Trade) shipments. Ensure all outbound shipments adhere to international trade regulations and meet customer requirements. 3. Finance & Documentation Collaborate with the finance team for transaction processing upon payment confirmation. Maintain organized and detailed records of all logistics transactions, including invoices, shipping schedules, and acknowledgments. Qualifications & Experience Experience : 5 to 8 years of relevant experience in logistics and supply chain management. Strong background in international logistics, third-country shipments, and compliance with trade regulations. Education Bachelors Degree (Mandatory). Masters Degree (Preferred). Skills & Competencies 1. Strong knowledge of INCO Terms, international trade compliance, and global logistics. 2. Expertise in Switch Bill of Lading (BL) and third-country shipments. 3. Excellent written and verbal English communication skills. 4. Basic understanding of inventory management. 5. Quick learner with a business-oriented mindset.
