Job Description: TV SD South Asia is hiring an Assistant Manager - LCA Expert to join our team in Pune , Chennai , and Bangalore . As an LCA Expert , you will play a key role in managing Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) and Product Carbon Footprint (PCF) studies for a wide range of industrial products and services. The ideal candidate will have expertise in conducting detailed LCA studies , a strong understanding of sustainability practices , and the ability to engage with clients to provide innovative and effective solutions. Key Responsibilities: LCA and PCF Management : Lead the execution of LCA and PCF services for industrial products , ensuring compliance with relevant ISO standards and methodologies. Client Engagement : Organize and conduct meetings with clients and stakeholders to market LCA and PCF services , providing technical presentations and consultations. Documentation & Reporting : Maintain detailed records and documentation for LCA and PCF projects . Prepare comprehensive LCA and PCF reports in compliance with ISO 14040 , ISO 14044 , and ISO 14067 standards. Proposals and Quotes : Review client application forms , and prepare techno-commercial proposals , quotes , and project schedules . Project Management : Oversee project execution , ensuring timely delivery and client satisfaction . Foster long-term relationships with clients before, during, and after project completion. Business Development : Identify new business opportunities in LCA and sustainability domains , and participate in industry seminars , conferences , and events. Knowledge Development : Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in LCA tools , protocols , standards , and industry trends . Required Skills and Qualifications: Proficiency in SimaPro : Expertise in using SimaPro software for LCA and PCF studies , including experience quantifying environmental impacts according to IPCC guidelines . ISO Standards Knowledge : Deep understanding of ISO 14040/14044 and ISO 14067 standards , and demonstrated experience in preparing reports following these guidelines. Experience in Sustainability : Experience in Eco-design , Sustainability Reporting , GHG Protocol , and other sustainability frameworks like GRI , SASB , TCFD , CDP , SDGs , and ESG . Project Management : Strong organizational, project management , and time management skills. Client Management : Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with clients and stakeholders . Industry Experience : 5-10 years of experience in Life Cycle Assessment and Product Carbon Footprint studies , with a focus on industrial products and sustainability . Preferred Qualifications: Education : Minimum : Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science , Engineering , Technology , or Sustainability . Preferred : M.Tech in Environmental Engineering , Chemical Engineering , or a related field. Experience : 5-10 years of professional experience in conducting LCA and PCF studies . Proven ability to use SimaPro software and an in-depth understanding of sustainability reporting . Key Competencies: Strong analytical skills with attention to detail . Excellent communication and presentation abilities. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team . Strong business acumen and understanding of client requirements .
